AOG Lead Technician

Position Overview
The AOG Lead Technician will oversee and manage aircraft on-ground (AOG) situations, ensuring timely and efficient repairs to minimize aircraft downtime. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in aviation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the AOG team in diagnosing and troubleshooting aircraft issues on-site and remotely.
Coordinate and prioritize AOG service requests to ensure rapid response times.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities performed on aircraft.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in AOG operations.
Provide technical support and expertise for various aircraft types including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Lear Jet, Cessna, and Pilatus.

Qualifications

Valid A&P License is required.
Proven experience as an aircraft technician, particularly in AOG environments.
In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
Experience with Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Lear Jet, Cessna, and Pilatus aircraft is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
