Position: Senior Account Executive
Location: Hiring in: New York City, NY; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX
Salary: Base Salary: $70K-$100K; OTE: 150K+

Position Overview:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling floor care and facility services to commercial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of floor care and maintenance, specifically in commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facility sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in need of floor care and facility services
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to develop new sales strategies

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility sales and/or floor care
Strong knowledge of floor care and maintenance, particularly in commercial flooring
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
